PURPOSE:To obtain an expansion molded form integrated with skin which is enhanced in moldability by partially bonding an air-nonpermeable film having surface area larger than the skin material to the rear of the air-permeable skin material and arranging this overlapped sheet to a forming mold while opposing the skin material side and closely sticking it on the face of the cavity and removing the film from the skin material and introducing expansion molding material to form the molded form. CONSTITUTION:An air-nonpermeable film 5 having surface area larger than the skin material 4 having air-permeability is partially bonded to the rear of this skin material 4 to obtain an overlapped sheet 6. Both end parts of the overlapped sheet 6 are clamped by the clamping jigs 12, 12 and heated to impart softness and arranged to a molding bottom force 15 while holding the skin material 4 side downward. The inside of the bottom force 15 is vacuumized through the fine holes 17, 17,...and the overlapped sheet 6 is closely stuck on the face of the cavity 16 of the bottom force 15 and the surface material 4 is molded into a prescribed shape. The film 5 is removed from the skin material 4 by cutting the fusion-stuck part of the skin material 4 of the overlapped sheet 6 and the film 5. Expansion molding material is introduced into the cavity 16 of the bottom force 15. A top force 18 is closed and the expansion molding material is cured by the temp. of the mold. A sheet A is molded wherein a sheet main body 19 is integrally joined to the skin material 4. |
