<p>PURPOSE:To expand the frequency band by connecting an inductance in series with a varactor diode of an oscillation circuit in a voltage controlled oscillator generating a transmission signal and a reception signal used for a telephone set. CONSTITUTION:An inductance L0 is provided in series with a varactor diode CR0. Thus, constants of an oscillating frequency are L0, CR0, C0, L1, C1, C2 and the oscillating constants are increased by one element. Thus, the anode impedance of the varactor diode CR0 is increased and the capacitance change in the varactor diode CR0 due to power voltage fluctuation is suppressed and the frequency fluctuation is reduced. Thus, the frequency band with an excellent frequency fluctuation characteristic due to power voltage fluctuation is widened.</p> |
