PURPOSE:To need no external energy fed, by using the interaction of a magnetic force between an internal stator permanent magnet and a DC electromagnet type rotor. CONSTITUTION:Four poles of a permanent magnet 1 are contained in a stator. On the outer periphery of the internal stator set in a rotor, four permanent magnets 5 are combined with. By the magnetic force of the internal stator permanent magnets 5, four rotor cores 2 are excited via rollers 4 in contact with the rotor cores 2 and the internal stator permanent magnets 5. The excited rotor cores 2 are worked together with the stator permanent magnets 1, 5 and are rotated, and the internal stator permanent magnets 5 are moved on the outer periphery, and magnetic poles are changed, and rotation is kept continuous. By moving the internal stator properly, positive or negative rotation, rotational speed control, and stop can be performed.
