PURPOSE:To attain printing by providing a picture quality adjusting means adjusting the picture quality of an input video signal and giving an output to a monitor and printer section so as to adjust as preference while confirming the picture on the monitor. CONSTITUTION:A decoder section 2 as a picture quality adjusting means can vary optionally the hue, color, contrast, brightness and sharpness of a video signal. After a print desired pattern in the moving picture such as a television signal is fetched once in a memory section 1, the output of an encoder section 4 is checked by a monitor and the hue and contrast are adjusted at the decoder section 2 and printed out by the printer 3. Since a freez picture is adjusted and printed out while being confirmed on a monitor, the print output with preferred hue and contrast is obtained. |
