The organization of control block consists of the remote controller(A), the indoor unit means(B) having a remote receiver(A), a cluck means(B), a reset circuit(C), a detecting means of indoor temperature(D), a detecting means of indoor micom(G), a driving means of indoor fan(H), and a driving means of louver motor(I), the outdoor unit means having an outdoor micom(J), an overload protecting means(K), a detecting means of outdoor temperature(L), a cluck means(M), a detecting means for day and night(N), a reset means(O), a rhombic side control means(P), a compressor(Q), and driving means of outdoor fan(R), and the data transmitter-receiver means transmitting the data between the indoor means and the outdoor means.
