PURPOSE: A germicidal electric range is provided to remove toxic substances from food stuff by washing the food stuff with ozone water prior to cooking. CONSTITUTION: A range comprises a main body(1), a switch operation unit(2) arranged at a front surface of the main body and which is constituted by a plurality of switches, a switch control circuit board(21) for controlling on/off operation of the switching operation unit, a plurality of heating elements(3), a heating element control circuit board(32) for controlling on/off operation of the heating element, a radiating element(31) surrounding the heating elements, a blower fan(4) for discharging hot air from the interior of the main body to outside, a ceramic upper plate covering the main body and where a heating portion heated by the heating element is arranged, a space portion(5) arranged within the main body and which is separated from the heating element, an ozone producing case(6) fixed to the space portion and which is sectioned into an ozone producing chamber(6a) and an air pumping chamber(6b) by a diaphragm(61), an ozone producing device(62) constituted by an ozone producing circuit board(621) and a discharge portion(622) mounted to the ozone producing chamber of the ozone producing case, an air pumping device(65) for pumping air by a transformer(64) mounted in the air pumping chamber of the ozone producing case and supplying the pumped air to the ozone producing chamber, a receipt case(7) which is arranged at a portion of the main body to be extracted or retracted from or to the main body, a conveying hose(81) communicated to an interior of the ozone producing chamber of the ozone producing case and which is arranged to be extracted or retracted from or to the receipt case, and a bubble generator(8) connected to a free end of the hose so as to discharge the pumped air and ozone.
