<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data delay device that uses a conventional memory in place of a FIFO memory. SOLUTION: The data delay method uses a write address generated while shifting a prescribed address from a prescribed initial value in a prescribed direction in the case of writing data to a memory conducing data write and read through the address designation and uses a read address generated by shifting an address corresponding to a prescribed offset from the write address used finally in a direction reverse to the prescribed direction in the case of reading data from the memory.</p> |
