PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a real estate price risk taken by a reverse mortgage operator and to avoid the absorption of entire premium amount of reverse mortgage users. SOLUTION: A scheme is provided to reimburse the premium received by the operator according to the amount of loan and the amount of recovery at the end of the reverse mortgage.
