PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of useless informing processing to an aborting maintenance center by providing this maintenance diagnostic device with a clock indicating a date and a storage means for storing the periodical aborting period information of a primary maintenance center to be informed, and in a periodical aborting period, informing information to a secondary maintenance center to be informed. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance diagnostic device 1 is provided with a fault information collecting means 13 for collecting the fault information of an information processor 2, the 1st storage means 11 for storing the access numbers of the primary and secondary maintenance centers 41, 42 to be informed to which fault information is informed through an exchange line network 3, the 2nd storage means 12 for storing the periodical aborting time in which the center 41 is not driven, and a fault information control means 14 for allowing a communication control means 16 to generate the access number selected by the date generating the fault and the periodical aborting period stored in the means 12. When the center 41 is in the periodical aborting period, the fault information is informed to the center 42. Consequently, useless information to the aborting primary maintenance center 41 is prevented. |
