PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compare a plurality of objects and detect a comparative evaluation representation part including a character string representing a comparative evaluation described for a difference/coincidence or relative merits recognized therefor. SOLUTION: A pattern for extracting a comparative evaluation representation point is preliminarily stored (5). A text is acquired from a text acquisition means, and regarded as an input text (1). The input text is divided to character strings of a specific unit, morphologic analysis is performed for each character string to acquire a morphologic analysis result (3). The morphologic analysis result is collated with a pattern stored in an extraction pattern storage means, and a combination containing any one of a character string showing an object, a character string showing a comparative object in relative evaluation of the object, a character string showing a focused attribute in evaluation of the object, a character string showing the degree of evaluation for the object and a character string showing an evaluation for the object is detected as the comparative evaluation representation point (6).
