In a ventilation fan shutter (100), a cylindrical part projection (6a) of a left shutter shaft hole (6) which is a burring hole formed in a shutter plate left-side part (3) of a shutter plate component (30) equipped with a shutter arm (5), and a cylindrical part projection (8a) of an arm extension hole (8) which is a burring hole formed in the shutter arm (5) are passed through an arm extension component shaft hole (9) and arm extension component extension hole (10), respectively, formed in an arm extension component (40), and are crimped, whereby the arm extension component (40) is fixed to the shutter plate left-side part (3) and the shutter arm (5).
