The present invention relates to a polyester film having excellent antistatic properties and, more specifically, relates to an antistatic polyester film comprising a polymer-type antistatic agent inside the film. The antistatic polyester film of the present invention does not generate a bleed-out phenomenon, thereby having semi-permanent antistatic effects; and has antistatic properties after a film manufacturing process by having heat resistance. Therefore, the antistatic polyester film is useful with respect to the management of products in stock, and the defect rate when post-processing can be decreased.
