PURPOSE:To sufficiently develop the function of a powder while providing sufficient practical strength by uniformly mixing a polygonal synthetic resin powder having a specific mean particle size with a specific amount of a functional powder and subjecting the resulting mixture to dry molding under specific pressure. CONSTITUTION:5-95wt.% of a polygonal synthetic resin powder having a mean particle size of 100-500mum and 5-95wt.% of a functional powder having a particle size of 10mum or less are uniformly mixed to be subjected to dry molding under pressure of 20-150kg/mm<2>. As the synthetic resin, a thermoplastic resin such as polyester, polyamide or polyolefin can be disignated and the shape thereof must be polygonal. The polyfunctional powder has various functions and, for example, there is titanium oxide, iron oxide, ultramarine or cadmium as inorg. pigment and, in addition thereto, alumina-silica type inorg. matter, inorg. matter such as a deodorant, a fire retardant or a far infrared emitting agent and org. matter such as carbon black or various dyes can be designated. |
