<p>In this converter, an amplitude change of the carrier frequency signal dependent on the magnitude to be measured is produced. To obtain good measurement results even with a non-constant speed, the measurement converter is developed in such a manner that a phase-locked loop is provided which controls the frequency of the oscillator to a defined multiple of the frequency of rotation of the rotating part.
