PURPOSE:To prevent such a fear that a cover is opened by an unspecified person or due to inadvertence by installing a locking mechanism whose locking is released only at a time when a switch is operated along an operating mode being set up in advance. CONSTITUTION:A locking mechanism, locking at a position where a cover body 1 is closed, and four switches SA-SD being operable in the state that this cover body 1 is closed, are installed in a small electronic instrument provided with this closable cover body 1. Also there is provided such a means as releasing the locking by the locking mechanism only at a time when these switches SA-SD are operated by a specified operating mode set up in advance. |
