PURPOSE:To provide an effervescent formed pharmaceutical preparation composition having excellent long-term storage stability and containing an acid and a composite particle produced by coating a part or total of the surface of a sodium bicarbonate particle with more than specific amount of sodium carbonate or its double salt. CONSTITUTION:The objective effervescent formed pharmaceutical preparation composition contains (A) a composite particle produced by coating a part or total of the surface of a sodium bicarbonate particle with sodium carbonate or its double salt and (B) an acid, preferably a water-soluble solid organic acid such as succinic acid, adipic acid, fumaric acid, malic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid. The amount of the sodium carbonate or its double salt in the total composite particle is >=10wt.%. The composition is usable in the form of bathing agent, gastrointestinal medicine, gargle, mouth refreshing agent, etc., which can be stably stored over a long period without using additional stabilizer. |
