PURPOSE:To automatically return speed to fast data transfer speed by returning the data transfer speed control bit of an operation state storage part to a value representing a normal level when one scanning operation is completed. CONSTITUTION:The command of the scanning operation is issued, and simultaneously, a flag of reset condition is set on an operation state register 13. Thence, data transfer between scan target units is performed by outputting a signal which delays a timing from the operation state register 13 to a register 14 for scanning operation monitoring. The register 14 for scanning operation monitoring satisfying a flag condition outputs reset to the operation state register 13. Thereby, scan addressing requiring much time can be performed at ordinary operating speed without stopping action after the operation. |
