PURPOSE:To obtain a high capacity and improve the charge/discharge cycle life by storing a positive electrode and a negative electrode containing specific active materials across a separator in a container, and storing a specific nonaqueous electrolytic solution. CONSTITUTION:Electrode groups 3 are stored in a container 1, and the electrode group 3 is constituted of a positive electrode 4 containing a chalcogen compound, a separator 5, and a negative electrode 6 containing a carbon material storing or discharging lithium ions. A nonaqueous electrolytic solution is stored in the container 1. An electrolyte 0.5-1.5mol/l made of LiPF6, LiBF4, LiAsF6, or LiCF3SO3 is dissolved in a mixed solvent made of the first nonaqueous solvent selected from cyclic carbonate and the second nonaqueous solvent selected from 1,2-diethoxyethane to generate the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The second nonaqueous solvent is arranged at the mole ratio 0.5-3 relative to lithium ions. |
