PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden-board connecting fitting, by which wooden building-material boards can mutually be connected and fixed simply and firmly while connection appearance having excellent appearance is obtained. SOLUTION: In the wooden-board connecting fitting (1) connecting the mutual wooden building-material boards (A) and (A'), a large number of carpet nails (111) in while pointed ends form an acute angle are projected and formed from one surface (1-1) or both surfaces (1-1) and (1-2) of a square-shaped metal plate (11), and nail holes (114) are bored at the four corner sections of the square- shaped metal plate (11) in which a large number of the carpet nails (111) are projected and formed only from one surface (1-1).
