FIELD: measurement technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method can be used for diagnosing surging, i.e., longitudinal oscillations erasing in compressors of gas-turbine assemblies, as well as for estimation of parameters of surging oscillations. Duration of turn of rotor is measured, increment of duration from turn to turn is calculated and behavior of increment is subject to analysis. If increment changes the sign regularly and if period of change in sign lies within range of possible surging oscillations, then fact of beginning of surging is established after several changes in sign occur. Time interval is taken as period of surging oscillations during which interval the increment in duration of turn changes sign in one direction, for example, from plus to minus or from minus to plus. Time interval is taken as wave phase of surging oscillations from back steps to front ones, during which interval increments in period of rotation are positive. Time interval is taken as wave phase of surging oscillations from front steps to back ones, during which interval increments in period of rotation are negative. ^ EFFECT: simplified procedure of detection of surging and estimation of parameters of surging. ^ 2 dwg |
