<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor that does not require design change of a substrate itself even when an IC is replaced to remove a noise signal of different frequency, and thus can reduce the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: In the angular velocity sensor, an inside bump joint 14 and an outside bump joint 15 are disposed in each of a plurality of surface wires 13 on the substrate 11.
