PURPOSE:To improve surface magnetic field even for a sintered magnet, by decreasing the area of the magnetic field applying surface of one magnetic pole of a main pole or an opposite pole which are arranged so as to face each other via a cavity, as compared with the other pole. CONSTITUTION:While synthetic resin magnet material introduced in a cavity 1 is in a softened state, a magnetic field is applied. Magnetic lines of force permeate said material so as to converge in the central lower part in the cavity 1. Magnetic powder in the magnetic material converges, along the direction of the magnetic lines of force, in the central part of the lower part of the cavity. As to the shapes of a main pole 3 and an opposite pole 4, the area of one magnetic field applying surface is made narrower than the other. Thereby magnetic field is made to converge above the central part of an action surface of a magnet, and the magnetic flux after magnetization can be concentrated, so that the surface magnetic field on the action surface of a magnet can be remarkably increased. |
