PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing material for an electrolytic capacitor capable of obtaining sound of high quality when used for audio equipment, and also to provide the electrolytic capacitor using the same.SOLUTION: An electrolytic capacitor 20 includes: a capacitor element 7 formed by winding an anode foil and a cathode foil of valve metal while superposing the foils via electrolytic paper; a bottomed cylindrical outer case 12 in which the capacitor element 7 is housed; a fixing material 15 for fixing the capacitor element 7 in the outer case 12; and a sealing body for sealing an opening of the outer case 12. In this electrolytic capacitor 20, the fixing material 15 formed by mixing cellulose derived from animal or protist is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
