<p>PURPOSE: To provide a feeder for feeding a material to an extruder. CONSTITUTION: In addition to a main component, at least one auxiliary component is fed to an extruder 14, and mixed with the main component, and the flow rate of the auxiliary component is adjusted according to the consumption amount of the extruder 14 decided via the flow rate of the main component. The main component is sent through a center shaft 6 to an inlet 10, and the flow of a material quantity is changed for direction by a deflecting element 8 to have the component of a radial direction. This flow intersects the flow of the auxiliary component introduced to the inlet by having a flow component directed downward in the upper side of the outlet of the center shaft 6. The auxiliary component is drawn into the main component without any interference, and thus the auxiliary component is not blocked. Thus, the flow rate of the main component is reduced according to the flow rate of the auxiliary component.</p> |
