PURPOSE:To obtain a traffic information broadcast system using roadside communication in a traffic control system capable of performing simultaneous broadcast by adding an arbitrary recording broadcast text that can be generated arbitrarily on an automatic sound piece assembling broadcast text generated according to a condition decided in advance. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with an arithmetic processing means 1 which performs the assembling of a sound piece and the read/write of an audio signal, a storage means 2 which accumulates a digital sound piece signal and a digital audio signal, a sound input means 3 which converts inputted sound to an analog audio signal, a sound quantization means 4 which converts the analog audio signal obtained at the sound input means 3 to the digital audio signal, a voice synthesis means 5 which can convert the digital audio signal processed at the sound quantization means 4 and the digital sound piece signal accumulated in the storage means 2 to the analog audio signal by synthesizing, and an audio signal output means 6 which outputs the analog audio signal obtained at the voice synthesis means 5 by radio or wire. |
