PURPOSE:To provide a coagulation resistant medical material excellent in mechanical properties, especially elasticity, and in the maintenance of coagulation resistance due to heparinization. CONSTITUTION:A material in which when a polymer containing quaternary ammonium salt is heparinized the polymer after the heparinization has an alkaline metal or an alkaline earth metal(M) and sulfur atom(S) in a ratio (M/S) of not more than 0.5 due to the heparinization. |
