The vibrating appts. has frame(12) with arms(14) on the upper end & blocks(13) below these arms(14). The mold box(5) is arranged on blocks(13) so that it can move vertically. The mold box(5) has bottom holding plate(4). A platform(2) with flexible layer(3) supports this plate & pneumatic spring arrangement(15) on arms(14) pushes the mold box(5) downwards so that the plate(4) is in close contact with the mold box(5). A vibrating appts. vibrates the mold box with high packing density. Rotating shafts(7) are connected to the mold box. This shaft is rotated by drive(8) & eccentric weights(6) on shaft impart oscillating movements the box.
