PURPOSE:To monitor the internal of a store while enjoying television broadcasting by providing two inputs for a video camera for monitoring/recording any illegal behavior and others and for television broadcasting reception antenna, and composing a video signal so that a picture generated from the input from the camera is displayed in a part of the screen of a home television set. CONSTITUTION:In usual use, a television program received through the antenna 6 can be enjoyed on the home television set 10 by selecting a channel by means of a tuner 7. At the time when a customer opens the door of the entrance, an alarm switch 2 closes, and a video signal from the video camera is inputted to a detection circuit 4 and a video dividing circuit 5. In this case, since an output signal from the circuit 4 turns the circuit 5 to ON, the two video signals from the tuner 7 and the camera 1 are mixed to constitute two videos on one screen of the television set 10. As a result, by viewing the home television 10, the presence/absence of customers are monitored for purpose of security.
