<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process for producing the plate denture which decreases the strain by a residual stress and yields a molding having high dimensional accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 10 of a pattern space is formed by an upper gypsum mold 3A in an upper pressure resistant flask 3 and a lower gypsum mold 4A in a lower pressure resistant flask 4. While the upper and lower gypsum molds 3A, 4A are held slightly open from each other, a resin is rapidly injected and packed into this cavity 10 and is immediately pressurized between the upper and lower gypsum molds 3A and 4A, by which the resin is compression molded. The resin can be packed into the cavity 10 under the pressure lower than by the conventional injection molding and the molding material packed by this low pressure is uniformly compression molded by the clamping of the pressure resistant flask 2.</p> |
