<p>PURPOSE: To assure that a proper solution pack or a column is fitted into a machine and to prevent the empty solution pack of a user from being used by providing an electronic circuit, a microprocessor, and a programmable ROM. CONSTITUTION: When a solution pack 12 is fitted in an analysis device 10, a solution identification pod 18 is inserted into a solution identification pod connector 20. Also, a cable 22 electrically connects the pod 18 to an electronic circuit 13. Further, the circuit 13 includes at least one microprocessor 15, the processor 15 performs take-out operation according to information stored especially in the pod 18 and performs processing operation for achieving functions. Further, the circuit 13 includes a programmable ROM 27 that can be erased electrically freely. Then, the ROM 27 retains information regarding the usage conditions of a pack 12 and performs writing and reading by the processor 15.</p> |
