PURPOSE:To simplify processing of an elastic element by one-shot molding the element of sintered alloy, and setting its porosity at the time of molding to a special ratio or below. CONSTITUTION:An elastic element is one-shot molded of an iron aggregate material as aggregate alloy. Here, the porosity of the iron aggregate material is set to 20% or below. Thus, processing of a stator is performed inexpensively, and hence the cost of a vibration wave motor can be reduced. |
