发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF CAPILLARY MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a capillary material under fusing and sticking a core material by applying low m.p. coating material on the core materials having different particle diameters and heating these after piling the core materials in order of the small diameter from the lower part. CONSTITUTION:Electroless Ni plating treatment is executed to the core material 1 of stainless particles having three kinds of particle diameters of about 0.05-0.1mm, 0.1-0.3mm and 0.3-0.5mm to form Ni plating film as the coating material 2 on the core material 1, and the coating treated materials 3 having about 3mum of the Ni plating film on the stainless steel particles are obtd. Successively, under condition of superposing to the suitable layers from the small particle diameter of the above coating treated material 3 in order in a jig 4, the jig is charged into a brazing furnace under vacuum atmosphere and heated at 950 deg.C for about 30min. By this method, the coating material 2 is fused and the core material 1 surface is exposed. After completing the heating treatment, the coating material 2 is solidified and stuck under this condition.
