发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF GLASS BEAD SAMPLE FOR ANALYZING FLUORESCENT X RAY
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the formation of glass bead sample whose measurement face is smooth, flat, and uniform even if platinum or other precious metal in the component on a sample pan exclusive for melting forms an alloy by using the sample pan exclusively for melting and a sample pan exclusively for casting respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a sample which contains reducible component or a sample which contains moisture containing mineral and carbonate is heated and melted at about 1100 deg.C, it reacts with component of precious metal such as platinum in a smaple pan exclusive for melting to form an alloy and air bubbles are generated during melting. If the melted sample is poured into a sample pan exclusive for casting which is heated to the same temperature as the sample pan exclusive for melting in advance, it does not react with platinum in the sample pan exclusively for casting to form an alloy and air bubbles are not generated because the sample has changed into an oxide. Also, even if it reacts with the sample to form alloy and is corroded, it can be used without polishing a bottom face. Thus, formed sample contains reducible component such as metal iron. Glass bead sample which can be released from the sample pan easily and whose measurement face is smooth and flat is obtained.
