A dynamic seal for a hydraulic pump consisting of a fixed housing (2) surrounding a rotary shaft (3) driving main (6) and auxiliary (9) turbines comprises a seal joint (15) attached to the end face of a cylindrical ring (30) which rotates about a coaxial sleeve (16) and is supported by a spacer (28). The spacer is connected to the pump housing via a ball bearing (32), and the pressure of the joint against a bush (19) causes the cylindrical ring (30) to rotate without relative friction of the joint. The spacer (28) is in the form of a cylindrical component which is extended by a coaxial shoulder lying coaxially with the sleeve (16) and to which one component (34) of the bearing is attached, the other component being surrounded by and joined to a shoulder (31) on the ring (30).
