PURPOSE: A multi-functional heater chair is provided to excrete human waste products, prevent the aging of cells and promote blood circulation and metabolism. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional heater chair comprises: a main body in which an outer case(10) with a plurality of discharge holes(11) is formed on the outer surface, a mounting plate(20) with a hole(21) at the center and a cover plate(25) covering the hole(21) of the mounting plate(20) are formed on the upper end of the outer case(10), and a bottom plate(30) having a backing portion(31) at the bottom face is coupled to the lower end thereof; a stationary plate(50) which has a bent surface(52) formed at a lower side and bent in an open square-shape; an electric heater(60) which is disposed inside a storage space(51) of the stationary plate(50) and at one side of the bent surface(52); a heat insulating plate(70) which is disposed at an upper end of the stationary plate(50) and prevents heat of the electric heater(60) from being transferred to the upper side; a radiating element(80) made of germanium, gem, etc. which is filled in the storage space(51) of the stationary plate(50) and radiates far infrared rays; and a hopper type warm air guide(90) which is coupled to the upper end of the external case(10) and has a plurality of warm air discharge holes(91).
