PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel having at least one actuator with a reliable function in no need for maintenance throughout the whole durable period without increasing malfunctions that occur during the durable period of an automobile. SOLUTION: The actuator is configured as a light reflex sensor device with a functional face 21. Such sensor device is operated without a mechanical movable part, and is independent of common damage or dirt on the functional face during the durable period of a steering wheel. Accordingly, this sensor device is the actuator assuring a permanent function reliable all the time. Furthermore, it is provided with a function of measuring distance and/or speed of an object in the upper part of the functional surface of the sensor device.
