PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily process a reinforcing plate compactly, and to attach the reinforcing plate to a center frame and side frames easily with adequate strength. SOLUTION: The reinforcing plate 26 firmly fixed in a cross joint 25 joined together in a T-shape between the center frame 12 and the respective side frames 20, 21 is configured to be firmly fixed in the lower surface of an upper plate 13 relative to the center frame 12 by using a welding means and in the corner sections 22D of the respective frame bodies 22 relative to the side frames 20, 21. Accordingly, only by making the reinforcing plate 26 abut on the corner sections 22D of the frame bodies 22, easy and accurate positioning and high welding strength can be achieved. Furthermore, since the corner sections 22D of the frame bodies 22 have high rigidity, the attachment strength between the reinforcing plate 26 and the side frames 20, 21 can be also enhanced.
