The clarification plant comprises basins for mechanical preliminary cleaning, aeration and final clarification. A cylindrical concrete clarifying container has vertical pillars inside its walls, and a built- in central pillar. A concrete dividing wall between the aerating and final clarification basins and a spaced parallel guiding wall and form a plenum chamber. The two walls are supported on one side by an inside wall pillar, and one wall is supported on the other side by the central pillar and the other is set into the central pillar.
