PURPOSE:To provide daily dishes capable of being easily sold and of prolonging its appreciable taste period when vacuum-packed, by arranged chicken meat, dry shiitakes, thin bamboo shoots, etc., in series, winding the arranged materials with chicken skins and subsequently with dried soy milk skins in the roll state, binding the outer periphery of the product with dried gourd shavings, and subsequently cooking the bound product. CONSTITUTION:Dry shiitakes 1 and thin bamboo shoots 2 are seasoned with a dried bonito soup, sea tangle, soy sauce, etc., and spinach 3 and carrots 4 are boiled. Dried soy milk skins 5, chicken meat 6 and chicken skin 7 are prepared as such. The chicken meats 6, the dry shiitakes 1, the thin bamboo shoots 2, the spinach 3 and the carrots 5 are arranged in series, respectively, and doubly wound with the chicken skins 7 and subsequently with the dried soy milk skins 5 in a roll-like state. The outer periphery of the roll-like product is bound with the dried gourd shavings 8, followed by cooking to provide the objective daily dishes. |
