PURPOSE:To obtain an adhering method without generating curling phenomena by a method wherein, elastic sheet, etc., is piled up with plastic film via adhesive, being tentatively adhered in a half cured state by pressurizing just before spreading, and curing is finished thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Sheets and films, having elasticity, of (synthetic) rubber, polyurethane, etc., are piled up via adhesive with films of polyester, polypropylene, fibrous derivative, etc., thereafter elastic sheets, etc., being added with the pressure just before spreading, and are tentatively adhered to a degree where the interface of 2 layers does not move while the adhesive between the 2 layers is in a half cured state by controlling processing temperature. Then, they are completely adhered with suitable temperature and suitable pressure. Further, the adhesive of two component system is used, and it is preferable that the pressure of elastic sheet, etc. just before spreading is 30-300g/cm<2> and the processing temperature is 10-20 deg.C lower than the curing temperature. |
