The present invention relates to a three-wheeled vehicle which is driven by muscular power and comprises a torsionally stiff chassis with front wheels, which can be steered by the driver's feet, and a drivable rear wheel and saddle, the rear wheel being drivable via a chain drive, which is connected to a lever coupled to the chassis and comprises a freewheel sprocket and a portion of chain having two ends, one end being attached to the lever and the other end being connected via a return spring to the chassis which, in the region in front of the lever, has a deflection roller by means of which the portion of chain is guided between the lever and the sprocket.
