PURPOSE:To eliminate 'waving' at the time of mask rubbing by supporting one end part of a mask movably to a frame body in the rubbing direction when the mask is rubbed from the other end to one end. CONSTITUTION:This instrument consists of the mask 2 which has a specific pattern 2a cut and the frame body 3 which supports it, a screw hole 4 formed in one end part is circular, and a screw hole 5 formed in the other end part is in a long circle shape having its major axis in the lengthwise direction of the mask 2. The mask 2 is fitted so that when the mask is fitted to the frame body 3 with an escape screw 6, the right end part of the screw hole 5 is brought into contact with the escape screw 6 at the other end part of the mask 2. Therefore, when the mask 2 is rubbed from one end to the other, the other end part is movable to the frame body 3 in the rubbing direction by the space part of the screw hole 5. Consequently, the irregular 'waving' that the mask 2 itself has can be absorbed when the mask is rubbed. |
