A rotatable implement depth control apparatus consisting of a mounting plate having an upper end, a lower end, a forward face, a rearward face, a right side, a left side, and a lateral axis extending from the right side to the left side, the mounting plate being rotatable about the lateral axis; a rollable trolley, the rollable trolley having a forward end, a rearward end, a right side, and a left side; a rotatable implement carrying frame having a forward end, a rearward end, a right side, and a left side, the forward end of the rotatable implement carrying flame being pivotally attached to the rollable trolley; a rotatable implement having a right side, a left side, and having an axis of rotation extending from the right side to the left side, the rotatable implement being rotatably mounted within the rotatable implement carrying frame; and, a plurality of arms for transferring rotational motion of the mounting plate about the lateral axis to pivotal motion of the frame about the pivotal attachment to the rollable trolley, such arms interlinking the mounting plate and the rotatable implement carrying frame.
