<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling type input device capable of adding a tactile feeling of repulsive force to the operation of a touch panel by detachably mounting the rolling type input device to an existing apparatus equipped with the touch panel or wearing it on the finger for use, and to provide a tactile feeling linked program allowing the executed situation of a program to be acquired in a tactile sense through the repulsive force by operating the program to be linked with the repulsive force and enhancing a realistic feeling by the linkage of power felt by the finger with power in a game scene. <P>SOLUTION: A rolling element is interposed between the finger and the touch panel, and repulsive force is given to the finger when the rolling element is deformed to be crushed or rolls.
