PURPOSE: To automatically select a channel related to a selected signal source by deciding which of a plurality of channels is to be assigned to which of a plurality of signal sources, and storing channel assignment data to a memory. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 110 receives instructions from an infrared-ray receiver 116 and a keyboard 118 and stores data related to channels to a random access memory 120. A video switch 109 is provided with three inputs AUX 1-AUX3 to receive base-band video signals, the microcomputer 110 generates an input signal to the video switch 109, and any of the three inputs and a TV input is selected in response to a binary signal fed to control inputs C1 , C0 . For example, in the case of a binary signal '00', a TV input is selected, in the case of a binary signal '01', the AUXI is selected, in the case of a binary signal '10', the AUX2 is selected, and in the case of a binary signal '11', the AUX3 is selected. A video signal switch unit 140 selects an S video signal from the outside. |
