PURPOSE:To simplify the periphery of an equipment and to improve the stability and durability by utilizing an electric light emitting body such as a heating diode to supply a supersaturation input to a detector, and utilizing it as a reference input. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive element type infrared detector 4 is fitted to a substrate 3 and the light emitting diode 5 is placed on an incidence path 1 opposite to the detector 5. This diode 5 is turned on by a control circuit at a reference frequency. The detector 4 receives the supersaturation input from the light emitting diode 5 as the reference input and also receives an external input energy, i.e. objective of temperature measurement from the incidence path 1 through the optical system of a lens, filter 2, etc. The reference input is compared with the input energy which is the objective of temperature measurement to obtain a temperature input. |
