The composition is composed of 82 to 99.5 wt.% alumina, 0.5 to 15 wt.% fly ash as a solidifying agent, and below 6 wt.% CaO and below 4 wt.% MgO as an additives. The chemical component of fly ash is 44 to 52 wt.% SiO2, 20 to 27 wt.% Al2O3, 3 to 7 wt.% Fe2O3, 0.1 to 5 wt.% CaO, 0.5 to 2 wt.% MgO and 3 to 6 wt.% Na2O-K2O. The composition has the improved insulation properties like a high insulation resistance and a low dielectric loss.
