PURPOSE:To prevent an uneven printing density and a contamination by a method wherein doctor devices are provided on ink form rollers disposed after a plurality of ink roller arrangements, and the last ink rollers of the ink roller arrangements are circumscribed on the ink form rollers with a shift from the doctor devices in a roller rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:Printing ink reserved in an ink fountain 11 is drawn out by an ink fountain roller 13 made of a gold roller. The ink is successively led down to ink roller arrangements 14 through ink doctors 15, distributed through distributing rollers 18, and applied to a plate on a plate cylinder 12 or the like by ink form rollers 35, 37. Doctor devices 25 are provided on the top parts of the ink form rollers 35, 37. In addition, the last ink rollers 34, 36 of the ink roller arrangements 14 are circumscribed on the ink form rollers 35, 37 with a shift from the doctor devices in a roller rotating direction. The doctor devices 25 scrape ink remaining on the plate cylinder 12 after a transfer action and level the ink in the width direction by doctor blades 26 circumscribed on the ink fountain rollers 35, 37 at an acute angle theta at the free ends thereof with a shift from the highest parts of the rollers in a roller rotating direction. |
