摘要

PURPOSE:To enable arbitrarily changing image matrix number. CONSTITUTION:A scintillator 12 for converting image by radiation to light image and a photoconductive film 14 for converting the light image to electric charge image are provided. A multitude of switching elements in a switching part 15 are turned on and off with drive circuits 21, 22 and electric charge is taken out of a multitude of electrodes arranged in matrix-shape contacting the photoconductive film 14.
