PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a film along the bottom of a shoe without discharging ungelatinized plastisol of plastisol for the bottom in a multilayer slush molded shoe formed of different materials at the bottom and the body of the shoe. SOLUTION: Plastisol 3 for the bottom 2 of a shoe of necessary amount or more necessary for molding the bottom 2 is cast in a mold 1. The mold 1 is heated to form a semi-gelatinized layer 4 except ungelatinized plastisol 5. Plastisol 6 for the body of the shoe is cast in the remaining plastisol 5, and a shoe body 8 is slush molded. Thus, even if an uneven part exists at the bottom of the shoe, the layer 4 can be stuck with the excess plastisol of the bottom of the shoe. The concentration is altered to the part of only the plastisol 6 for the body 8 gradually from the bottom 2 of the sue by the mixed part 7 of the two plastisols, a semi-gelatinized layer 11 of the body 8 of the shoe is formed via a mixed semi-gelatinized layer 10. Thus, the functions of the bottom 2 and the body 8 of the shoe can be gradually altered or clearly distinguished from one another. |
